Used by some Nato-partners as standard winter boot - Nato-Service-No. 8430-99-490-4257. The Winter Boot 8" is a robust full grain leather boot from the newest generation of 3M Thinsulate Insulation of 100% polyester. This provides protection even at the lowest temperatures and when wet! Waterproof full grain leather upper. High quality features include a high-cut carbon rubber outsole, extended rubber outsole to protect point of the toe, as well as moisture absorbing liner. High requirements from this boot are also met by features such as a steel protected sole, an EVA-midsole, removable 3D2 Plus insole, a leather collar and padded tongue.
